Contemporary Vietnamese Art
It has been 18 months in the planning and finally we have set the date.
Thursday ...16th June at 6.00pm, Envy will open it's 10th Exhibition.
This exhibition we are focussing on small to medium pieces, however we will also present some large oil on canvas works and a few contemporary yet traditional lacquers.
Please join us from 6.00pm onwards on Thursday 16th to view the newest works collected on 2 separate trips to Vietnam both from Hanoi and Hoi An.
There will be lacquers, oil on canvas, gouache, woodblock prints, watercolours and works on ricepaper.
Also on show will be a small selection of traditional Japanese woodblock prints.
After the 16th, the artwork may be viewed during cafe opening hours.
